Hey so obviously everyone hear has problems with bingeing, and I personally try to eat healthily whenever possible, but what about when I have a cupcake or some chocolate, - how can I let that be ENOUGH and stop it turning into the routine binge? Some things that help me:
Isolating myself for 10 mins to think (takes willpower) Having some tea Having a bath Going to sleep Walking
Sometimes its so hard to just concentrate on anything other than good in the vital SECONDS before it begins! Does anyone have any methods for a quick calm down before a binge?

I really struggle too with not knowing when to stop eating. If I have something 'naughty' ie chocolate or cake I just want to keep eating! I think exercising can really help as you get the natural chemicals in your brain that can make you feel happy and satisfied. I've heard having a hot drink can help you feel full up so you don't want to eat as much. I'd like to hear more suggestions

My hope is to develop multi prong approach. Will need to be individualized. 1. It's NOT about food hunger, but starvation feeds into and makes binges unavoidable. 2. Trigger foods, times, and binge foods. 3. Impulse response prevention, counting down or drinking hot tea interim. 4. Walk?
Any other ideas
