Hey! I just wanted to make a thread for everyone to post their own things they do when they're trying not to binge.
I found that drinking water helps. I feel that my binge eating is mostly because I want something to do with my hands and mouth, so water is good (seeing as I'm usually dehydrated anyway).
Biting on pens is also one I do, though make sure you don't bite into the ink lol. Gum is also good, though that sometimes makes me feel hungry.
Ice may also be good? I've always wanted to try to make a slushee out of ice and the Mio drink enhancers, seeing as they have pretty much no anything when it comes to carbs and sugar and such.
Any other suggestions? Maybe things you do to get your mind off of it?

One of my 'things' is wanting crunchy food... I don't know why haha, but I don't feel satisfied until I've had something crunchy. So I've bought some crisps that are 70% lower in fat, they are small packets, so usually one of them satisfies the urge for the crunch. I know it's still eating, but at least it's not eating tons.
Other than that I usually go for a walk when I want to binge- I love putting my ipod on.
Or trying to distract myself by the internet!
